Smart Starter Course
Course DescriptionThis course is a progressive course in a group setting continuing over 2 years. It is designed for young students who are beginning piano study. Each lesson includes a variety of activities. New concepts are introduced in each lesson. These concepts are reinforced with written theory, ear training, rhythmic drills, composition and improvisation exercises.After completion of 2 years of study, students will be ready to prepare for the AMEB Preliminary Grade exam or begin private lessons at level 2 of Alfred's Basic Piano Library. This course provides a strong musical foundation which is valuable for further piano or instrument study.
