Junior Piano Course 

Course Description

This accelerated course is a progressive course in a group setting continuing over 2 years. It is designed for older beginners aged from 7 to 11 who are beginning piano study. Each lesson includes a variety of activities. New concepts are introduced in each lesson. These concepts are reinforced with ear training, written theory, rhythmic drills, composition and improvisation exercises. After completion of 2 years of study, students will be ready to prepare AMEB Grade One exam or begin private lessons at level 4 of Faber's Piano Adventure. This course provides a strong musical foundation which is valuable for further piano or instrument study.
